2023-2024 marks the 20th year of Gainesville’s only Catholic High School. What better way to celebrate our accomplishments, our alumni, and our devoted champions than to continue building the original plan for our school, with the addition of a Cafeteria.
With a 20% increase in enrollment over the past five years, and the addition of signature programs in the Health Sciences, Entrepreneurship, TV Production, and On-Campus Dual Enrollment, coupled with the proposed new initiatives in E-Sports, Culinary Arts, and Aeronautical Engineering, we are out of space! While the addition of the Cafeteria will not solve our need for space for our Choir and Band programs, it will provide performance space for our Drama program and, most importantly, the much-needed lunch space for our students.
In keeping with our mission statement, our students have recorded 137,409 service hours since the school’s inception, they attend Mass weekly as a school and have raised funds or gathered donations for St. Francis House and their Pet Care Clinic, STOP Children’s Cancer, Children’s Miracle Network, Disaster Relief, Relay for Life, Cure Dale’s Duchene, Camp I Am Special, Tyler’s Hope, Ronald McDonald House and many more. Academically, our students have been accepted to over 250 different Colleges and Universities in 42 states and five countries outside the United States. They have received $37,199,175 in scholarships, not counting Bright Futures. As St. Francis of Assisi stated “for it is in giving that we receive”; we need your help to continue our story!
